New for 2023, we’re giving you a opportunity to use a Karma campervan between November 1st, 2023 and April 30th, 2024 to chase powder, visit friends and family, or go wherever your desire takes you.
Choose one of our four Pass options, which include 18 nights, 36 nights, 72 nights or 180 nights total use.
It’s like owning your own campervan, without the hassle!
Plus, we’re giving Pass-Holders amazing perks like unlimited kilometres, waiving cleaning fees and throwing in a bunch of extras to make your winter travel plans that much more awesome. Take advantage of our Early Bird rates, which end October 12th, to save even more.
Frankly, other than showing up to your Great Aunt’s for thanksgiving dinner, this will be the best decision you’ll make all season.
What you get with your Season Pass...
- A campervan to use for your allotted nights for 6 months
- Unlimited KMs per trip (regularly 200/night)
- Always early pick up (after 8am) on your first rental day
- Drop off any time before 11:59pm on your last rental day

- Insurance is extra and will be added with each reservation based on the per night rate for insurance level chosen (see insurance overview)
- Additional add ons are extra and will be added as requested with each reservation
- Full payment of Karma Winter Season Pass fee is due at time of purchase
- Local provincial sales taxes will be applied
- Must be 25 and with a full valid drivers license at time of purchase
- Campervan use will be based on availability
- Must reserve a minimum of 3-nights with each trip
- Must reserve campervan 72 hours before trip begins eg. Monday trip must be reserved by the previous Friday before 8am.
- If you would like more than max nights allotted per month, cost of nights will be the regular current posted rate, less 10% discount, plus the cost of insurance and any add ons, plus tax.
- A new rental agreement will be completed with each new trip reservation
- Damage deposit amount, depending on insurance level, will be taken with each trip reservation
- **“Ultimate Pass” must return the campervan to the originating depot every 30 nights and exchange for a different Campervan
- "Ultimate Pass" Payment Schedule
Should you wish to pay for your Ultimate Pass in instalments, we can accommodate the following schedule:
- 50% of overall total due immediately
- 25% of remaining amount due December 1, 2023
- Final 25% due January 1, 2023
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Pass purchasers are eligible for a full refund of pass fees and taxes if cancelled before Nov 1, 2023
- Pass purchasers are eligible for a 50% refund of pass fees if cancelled between Nov 1, 2023 and Dec 31, 2023.
- If the "Ultimate Pass" payment schedule is utilized, pass purchasers will not be eligible for a refund of the initial 50% payment if cancelled between Nov 1, 2023 and Dec 31, 2023.
- There will be no refunds given after Dec 31, 2023.
- Karma Winter Season Pass is not transferable
- Must give 24 hours notice of a reserved trip to cancel or reschedule your trip nights, or else risk forfeiting those nights.
- There will be no carry-overs of unused nights to future months
- Pass holders must contact a Karma Campervans Booking team member to reserve, adjust or cancel a trip reservation
- One way trips and van transfers
- One-way reservations are available, however, additional one-way fees will be applied and will be based on availability
- A 4-person campervan reservation may be transferred to a 2-person campervan if a 4-person campervan is not available, with prior permission from Karma Campervans and based on availability
- A 2-person campervan reservation may be transferred to a 4-person campervan if a 2-person campervan is not available, for an additional cost of $5 per night booked, with prior permission from Karma Campervans and based on availability
